Hi, my name is Daisey Washington, and I’m a proud single mother of two wonderful boys. Family is everything to me, and spending quality time with my children has always been my top priority. However, like many parents, I found myself working two jobs—one as a regular employee and the other doing side gigs like Instacart, DoorDash, and GrubHub. While these jobs helped make ends meet, they also took away precious time with my kids and left little room for self-care.

After juggling these jobs, I realized the freedom that comes with being in control of my own schedule. Working in the gig economy showed me how I could still earn a living without sacrificing the things that matter most. This inspired me to create my own business, one that allows me to be both financially independent and present for my boys. Now, as my own boss, I can finally find that balance—paying my bills while making time for my children and myself.

I’ve always loved helping others, and through Daisey Delivers, I aim to make life easier for people who might struggle to complete their own errands, whether due to physical disabilities, age, or busy schedules. My goal is to reduce stress for those who can’t get everything done on their own time—offering affordable, reliable services that meet the needs of our community."
